Dov Brandstatter

Mr. Brandstatter’s practice involves all areas of general real estate, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing.  Mr. Brandstatter has experience representing both landlords and tenants in office and retail transactions in connection with the drafting and negotiation of leases, license agreements and other leasing related documents.  He represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of shopping centers, retail sites, office buildings and vacant land.  He also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with traditional commercial and residential mortgage and construction loan financing.

Prior to joining Salloway Law Group, Mr. Brandstatter was an associate at Kaye Scholer LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP.   He is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey

  • Represented Bank of America in connection with its acquisition and leasing needs throughout New York.

  • Represented Verizon in connection with its leasing of retail stores throughout New York.

  • Represented Columbia Artists Management in the sale of its landmark building on 57th street in New York City.

  • Represented Ripco Real Estate Corp. in its acquisition of shopping centers in New York City and Long Island.

  • Represented Tishman Speyer Properties in connection with the leasing of its various New York City office buildings, including the Chrysler Building, the MetLife Building and Rockefeller Center.

  • Represented Apple, Inc. in the purchase of a retail site in Washington, D.C.

  • Represented world-renowned chef David Bouley in the purchase and leasing of his New York City restaurants.

  • Represented Marx Realty and Improvement Co., Inc. with the leasing of various buildings throughout the United States.
